Mitch Morgan – Executive Director
Mitch is a dynamic leader and comes to Pinemere Camp with over 20 summers of Jewish overnight camp experience! Originally from St. Louis, MO, he is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia (MIZZOU). Mitch grew up at Camp Sabra of the St. Louis JCC, where he rose to the position of Assistant Director, and was most recently Director of Camp Kingswood of the Boston JCC. Mitch left Jewish camping for a brief time to enter the business world as a Senior Specialist of leadership, management, and sales strategy. However, his passion for camp consumed him and he eventually traded in his suit and tie for shorts and flip flops. He is a community builder, program innovator, creative Jewish educator, lover of music and the outdoors, and a sports enthusiast. Mitch believes in the amazing power of Jewish overnight camp and its ability to foster Jewish identity and create the perfect setting for growth and development.
Mitch has participated in the Yitro Fellowship in partnership with the Foundation for Jewish Camp, the Chazon Fellowship through the iCenter, and is currently a Fellow in Lekhu Lakhem in partnership with the JCC Association and Foundation for Jewish Camp.
Mitch is excited to join the Pinemere family!
Ezra Androphy – Assistant Director
Ezra joined the Pinemere family in January, 2011. Ezra spent his formative summers at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, as a camper, counselor, and division head. After college, Ezra spent six years as Activities Director for United Synagogue Youth, where he was also director of their Summer in the City program. He came to Pinemere after spending two years as Assistant Director of Etgar 36, where he led teens on journeys throughout America, studying history, politics, and activism, including a cross-country summer trip. Ezra is a recent graduate of the Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Yitro Leadership Program.
Ezra, his wife, Gail, and their two children, Sara and Alex, live in Fort Washington, PA. Ezra holds Bachelor’s degrees from Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary.
Ann Selkow – Business Manager
Ann attended a variety of camps as a child, and has been a part of the Pinemere family since she was introduced to our camp in 1996. As our Business Manager, Ann oversees all of Pinemere’s registration, bookkeeping, billing, office management, and other related areas. She also supervises the camp’s office staff during the busy summer season. And, in her spare time…she’s Lily Selkow’s Mom!
Ann, her husband, Aaron, and their daughter, Lily, reside in Philadelphia, PA. Ann holds a Master’s Degree in Education.
Keith Raymond – Facility Manager
Keith joined the Pinemere family in 2011 after being in the design and build business for 23 years. Keith heads up the maintenance department as the on-site Facility Manager, and is at camp year-round enhancing our existing facilities and making many new improvements and upgrades.
Keith lives in East Stroudsburg, PA with his wife, Lori, and three sons, Zachary, Justin, and Alexander.
