At Pinemere Camp, we know that extraordinary summers start with extraordinary staff. Our dedicated team is the heart of our camp, providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where campers can grow, explore, and build lifelong friendships.
Each member of our staff—whether a longtime Pinemere leader or a new addition to our team—has been carefully selected, rigorously trained, and deeply committed to making camp an incredible experience. Representing over 15 different countries, they bring a rich blend of skills, energy, and passion for working with children.
Parents can feel confident knowing that every staff member undergoes an extensive screening process, including three background checks (FBI fingerprinting included), and completes an intensive pre-camp training and ongoing in-service education. Our leadership team, many of whom grew up at Pinemere, are experienced mentors who set the standard for safety, inclusion, and personal growth.
