One Happy Camper
$1,000 first-time camper incentive grants are available through our partnership with One Happy Camper. If OHC is not available in your city, Pinemere Camp will sponsor your grant!

10th Grader European Trip Dates for 2027

Our “All-Inclusive” fee includes trips, laundry, food & swag items from the canteen, and special programs.
Payment in full by September 30th, including Pioneers, will include an additional $250 discount. Any questions regarding a payment plan, feel free to reach out to Jeremy Ferman, our Director of Finance and Operations, at Jeremy@pinemere.com.
In addition to the initial registration deposit of $2,000, all families are responsible for a fall payment of $2,000 (due October 15, 2026), a winter payment of $2,000 (due January 1, 2027), a spring payment of $2,000 (due March 1, 2027) and a final balance payment (due May 1, 2027).
Card Transaction Fee: Payments made using a Credit Card will incur a processing fee of 3.00% or the percentage allowed by the card brand, whichever is lower. We do not add processing fees on Debit Card or ACH/eCheck transactions.
