Our “All-Inclusive” fee includes trips, laundry, food items from canteen, and special programs. You will have the option of opening a discretionary account in the Spring for additional camp gear, etc.
$1,000 first-time camper incentive grants are available through our partnership with One Happy Camper. If OHC is not available in your city, Pinemere Camp will sponsor your grant!
$700 first-time camper incentive grants are available for our 12-day PIONEER program!
Payment in full at the time of registration, excluding Pioneers, will include an additional $200 discount.
In addition to the initial registration deposit of $1800, all families are responsible for a fall payment of $1,000 (due October 1, 2020), a winter payment of $1,000 (due January 1, 2021), a spring payment of $1000 (due March 1, 2021) and a final balance payment (due April 15, 2021). Payments may be made by check, cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
