DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WE HAVE SUSPENDED OUR OPERATIONS FOR SUMMER 2020. We look forward to welcoming all of our new and returning campers to Pinemere Camp for Summer 2021! Registration for all new campers/families will begin on July 15.

Our “All-Inclusive” fee includes trips, laundry, food items from canteen, and special programs. You will have the option of opening a discretionary account in the Spring for additional camp gear, etc.

$1,000 first-time camper incentive grants are available through our partnership with One Happy Camper. If OHC is not available in your city, Pinemere Camp will sponsor your grant!

$700 first-time camper incentive grants are available for our 12-day PIONEER program!

Payment in full at the time of registration, excluding Pioneers, will include an additional $200 discount.

In addition to the initial registration deposit of $1800, all families are responsible for a fall payment of $1,000 (due October 1, 2020), a winter payment of $1,000 (due January 1, 2021), a spring payment of $1000 (due March 1, 2021) and a final balance payment (due April 15, 2021). Payments may be made by check, cash, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
